At Bonkers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused sports equipment and apparel. Ensure your items are in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Bonkers account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a dynamic Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding for equipment is intact to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
